1. ALLES CNC bearings are equipped with high-precision double ball bearings. All the gears of the spindle box are ultrasonically quenched and precision ground, with high precision and low noise.
3. The flat bed CNC lathe guide rail is ultrasonic quenched and CNC precision ground, with high hardness, good rigidity and higher precision. The bed, guide rail, bed saddle and pallet are thickened and their strength increased.
4. The CNC lathe machine ball screw adopts the integral inner ring screw, and the oblique contact ball bearing is supported and preloaded. Guide rails, screw rods, etc. are centralized and automatically lubricated, with movement flexibility, reduced thermal deformation, and stable precision.
5. Horizontal CNC lathe machine electric tool holder has four vertical positions and six horizontal positions, with precise gear positioning and high repeat positioning accuracy.
6. The tail stock of CK6160 CNC lathe adopts eccentric wheel self-locking mechanism and thread locking, which makes fastening faster. The tail stock has a device to prevent the rotation of the drill bit, effectively protecting the tail.
