This machine tool is a vertical machining center suitable for machining and moldmanufacturing, and can adapt to the processing requirements from rough machiningto finishing ,and can complete various processes such as milling, rilling, tapping,and boring.
The machine body and main components are all high-strength cast iron with stablemetallographic structure to ensure the long term stability of the machine tool;
Pre- -stretched precision ball screw drive;
High-speed, high- precision, high-rigidity spindle unit;
Oil-water separation design;;
Intermittent automatic lubrication;
Pneumatic loosening and broaching system.
