The chip removal structure and the improved guide rail lubrication recovery system improve the overall rigidity and appearance quality of the casting
HMC500 CNC Horizontal Milling Machining Center adopts a mechatronics structure. The electrical control cabinet and pneumatic devices are installed on the body, which reduces the floor space and simplifies the handling and installation. The CNC Horizontal Milling Machining Center can also be equipped with double exchange tables for unattended operation and shorter workpiece machining cycles. The ball screw bearings of each feed axis of the machine tool are lubricated with thin oil. The CNC Horizontal Milling Machining Center realizes the advantages of maintenance-free machine tool and good lubrication effect, which improves the service life of the ball screw, suppresses the temperature rise, and improves the precision of the machine tool.
