The ALVMC850 vertical machining center processes facial masks, from rough to precise. The belt-type 10000-rotation spindle, the Z-axis and Y-axis adopt 45mm Taiwan P-level linear guides, and the Z-axis roller six-slider support design. FANUC PLUS has AICC1 features
1. 3 axis machine center Spindle adopts imported frequency converters, which could fulfill variable speed control & constant linear speed cutting functions; machining body adopts ultrasonic frequency hardening treatment;
2. Mini CNC milling machine both X-axle & Z-axle adopts step/servo motor, which could process feeding motion by directly connecting shaft coupling & ball screws. With high power, pleasant rigidity, high precision & storage, high price-quality ratio and long cycle life.
